As an important member of Sihuan Group, Xuanzhu is committed to the R&D of Class I innovative drugs. The analysis department is indispensable in the whole process of new drug R&D, from discovery of NME compounds to selection of clinical candidate compounds, to Phase I, II and III clinical trials, and to product launch. We analysts participate in each of these tasks and play the role of quality monitoring.
This is the daily work of Xuanzhu analysts, and undeniably, the profession has exerted a subtle influence on us. We minimize deviations between parallel samples in content determination, minimize errors, avoid mistakes, and avoid any significant errors or mistakes caused by irregular operations, so as to get the most accurate data. During method development and screening, we conduct numerous mentally exhausting designs and developments at early stage and numerous optimizations and numerous trials at later stage, only to find out more accurate testing methods. From full testing to stability testing expiration date, we test several and even dozens of batches a day. In daily work, we wash bottles with tap water 4 times and purified water 3 times, so that some colleagues even describe the water drunk by them in ml or L – exactly an "occupational disease".
I have to say, "It feels good to provide the patient with a product that I have personally tested."
